Showing the relationship of latitude and longitude lines on Earth, this dataset is useful when talking about geographical features or areas, GPS and the introduction of map reading and exploration.
Highlighted areas include the equator and prime meridian. Degrees of latitude and longitude are scaled out at 30 degree increments.
Latitude, longitude and the background map are in separate layers so that the presenter can focus on specific topics. For example, to show only latitude lines, using the SOS Remote app, touch the button "Layers" then toggle off the "longitude" layer.
