The protection and licensing system CodeMeter knows different variants, so-called CmContainer Types:
•CmDongle is used representing all CodeMeter hardware form factors.
•CmActLicense represents the pure software and activation based
•CmCloudContainer features credential-based licensing and allows online access to licenses in the cloud.
If there is a technical reference to all variants (CmContainer Types), the term CmContainer is used.
