How to change the IP address

To change the IP address of NC computer, please follow these steps:

1. Login as sos account
2. Open a terminal window
3. Check "hosts.allow" and "hosts.deny" under "/etc"
4. Type the command "sudo vi /etc/resolv.conf" to edit
5. Type the command "sudo vi /etc/sysconfig/iptables" to edit
6. Type the command "sudo vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1" to edit
7. Type the command "sudo service restart iptables" to restart the service
8. Type the command "sudo service restart network" to restart the service
9. Test the internet with web browser
